I'm a huge piña colada person, but the amount of sugar and generally bad stuff in a piña colada is absurd! Here is our WAY healthier but just as delicious version!
2 cups of spinach (yes! Trust me!)
1-1.5 cups vanilla coconut milk (can be found with the dairy/almond milk in your grocery store's refrigerated section. I like to use So Delicious)
3/4 cup frozen pineapple (doesn't have to be frozen but it makes it more of a cold smoothie if it is!)
Tastes just like a piña colada doesn't it?
